I am looking for a senior buyer based in the UAE with the background in oil and gas for the 8-10 years.
Needs to have knowledge of the following key areas:
- strong experience in working with refinery and rotary equipment
- strong knowledge of bid process and commercial bids
- someone who can work to technical specification, documentations and QA/QC requirements
- 8 years experience in supply chain management; logistics or engineering
- strong analytical skillset who can work with data / formulas and a good understanding of the procurement process
