Work generally involves Structural Inputs on a wide variety of International Subsea Field Development projects. We would expect a basic minimum of 5 years of Offshore Structures experience - a strong background in Topsides would be a good baseline - but Subsea Equipment (eg Manifolds, Wellheads, Jackets or Pipelines) experience would be ideal. SACS experience is a MUST.
