· For this position is requested a previous experience as Boiler Commissioning Engineer of Boiler Manufacturer Boiler and relevant field experience in start up and tuning the boiler. Professional Profile

· The candidate has a deep knowledge of commissioning boiler and its auxiliaries

· has a good knowledge of work shop machines and tools and boiler erection

· has a good knowledge of procedures and safety rules on plants under commissioning, a deep experience in the coal auxiliaries, a good experience in the desulphurization unit

· spent several years in site for boiler start up

· The candidate has a deep knowledge in boiler cleaning procedure and steam blow. He supervises the activities pertaining to the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the Plant.

The candidate will operates in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures. ·After plant commissioning he assists Operation for maintenance and resolution of technical problem Hierarchical Position:

· For the boiler pre-commissioning phase to the Mechanical Coordinator

· For the boiler commissioning phase to the Mechanical Coordinator and Commissioning Manger

· For the boiler operation he reports to the Commissioning Manager and Operation Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Technical supporting to commissioning staff (Mechanical, Electrical and I&C)

· Cooperation for the boiler hand over from construction to commissioning with the preparation of detailed schedule and listing of the punch points

· Participation to the walks down for Punch List definition

· Supervision and checking the pre-commissioning activity that are managed by the boiler vendor personnel.

· Assistance and supervision for the boiler chemical cleaning

· Supervision and checking the commissioning activity that are managed by the boiler vendor personnel.

· Cooperation with the boiler vendor staff for boiler start up

· Operate the tuning in field of the boiler (air and coal to burners and reduce the NOx emission) Training on the job for commissioning staff and for the Client staff.
