To prepare, manage and report upon the integrated plan in accordance with company procedures.

To provide comprehensive progress reports, constraint analysis and schedule risk assessments to the decommissioning projects group.

Providing planning services to the facilities modifications projects team.

Preparing all levels of plans including integrated plans consistent with scope definition and in accordance with planning procedures and guidelines
Support the provision and analysis of output data of the Schedule Risk Management system.

Create and co-ordinate the personnel resource plan.

Liaising with contract Project Engineering and other project team personnel to ensure the necessary information is made available to prepare the required plans.

Input as required to develop planning systems to meet current and future needs.

Providing feedback on performance against norms for engineering, materials, construction, operations and Life Cycle costing.

Progress analysis and productivity reporting.

Attendance at project meetings to support the P3 plan.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

QS or Engineering Qualification

Experience in a similar role

Excellent IT skills and familiar with standard packages, expert in P3
