Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager to be based in Russia. The package includes: €80k + Living allowance.

My client has instructed me to look into the market for a Procurement Manager with previous experience in the chemical or Oil & Gas prcoess plants environment, excellent knowledge of Statutory laws/requirements in Russia is essential.

You will also manage the preperation of the Russian portion of project vendor, you will also coordinate the material and Subcontracting procurement activities.

Due to the location of the position you will ideally be a Russian citizen who can communciate in Russian, English and Italian.

Minimum Education level: Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Economics with solid experience within similar role within a multi national environment
