Connect Group are looking for a Site Manager for a prestigious multimillion $ construction project in Abu Tunisia. Our client is a very successful and fast-growing international corporation with projects around the world.

They require an experienced Site Manager to overlook all activities on site and work directly with the customer. The main activities are to coordinate, control and monitor site works according to the project plans and schedule, associated to: civil works, electricity communication. The Site Manager will work in close cooperation with the Project Management team, client’s professional representatives and subcontractors.

Reports to: Project Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):

• execute infrastructure works on site

• cooperate with subcontractors and ensure that they are working according to the plans, specifications, local codes and regulations

• manage the budget for the site

• manage the safety and HSE plan for the site

• prepare a time schedule for the site infrastructure

• analyse and resolve work problems on the site

• responsible for the logistic on site

• coordinate and balance the equipment per schedule

• manage sub contractors

• responsible for the QA for sites in the assigned area

• work with the end user and the customer

• liaise with the Infrastructure Manager to finding sub contractors & vendors and improve production methods and procedures
