Role name : Mechanical Supervisor Plant


Mission :

Organises and controls the correct performance of the construction and assembly work, assisting the Mechanical Superintendent in the management for correct performance of the mechanical works ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.


Tasks :

1) Carries out the work in the planned times and costs

2) Applies the final, procedures approved by the client

3) Ensures observance of the project specifications

4) Ensures that safety and quality standards are respected

5) Prepares and co-ordinates the detailed programmes for the correct management of the works of one’s specific responsibility

6) Supprts the Superintendent in solving technical and management problems encountered in the area of responsibility

7) Manages the technical and administrative documentation of expendable and assembly material

8) Manages direct and sub-contracted work

9) Manages human and technical resources, indicating any needs and surplus in good time

10) Ensures that production quality and quantity standards are observed

11) Ensures that safety standards are observed and guarantee the quality of the work

12) Assists with the hand-over of completed works

13) Measures the works carried out with the Works Director and sub-contractors’s representatives

14) Supplies the elements needed to draw up the accounts

15) Assists with the demob of the site (shipment of material and equipment, solution of any outstanding questions).
