As a pre-sales smart energy consultant you will be responsible for delivering the latest metering and energy-efficiency products and services to new and existing clientele.

You will coach and train your team to ensure they achieve the highest standards of safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

You will support the development of newly qualified staff and work with colleagues across the organization to ensure the highest standards of customer services.

An essential part of your role will be to drive performance, using regular reviews and employees coaching to ensure business targets are met.

You will take responsibility for operational/ IT issues, customer complaints and queries, putting in place remedies that ensure any underlying causes are rectified.

Excellent communication skills are essential.
