Project Manager
Smart Metering and Smart Grid

Projects most often require working with customers, stakeholders (IT, metering and installation departments) and/or third party installation, equipment and/or software partners. The candidate is the trusted, reliable and seasoned manager leading the project, the customer and subcontractors towards success in a controlled way.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage AMI pilots & deployments including deliveries of partners and contractors (P&L responsibility)
• Manage Customer acceptance and satisfaction
• Support opportunity development

Key Performance Indicators
Projects delivered on time, on spec within budget (P&L responsibility) with high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in electronics.
• Experience in deployment of metering, data communication and data networking.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager preferably in a multinational communications, utility company or systems integrator (Telco’s, Siemens, Ericsson, Nokia, etc.)
• Demonstrated success and experience in Project Management involving software and hardware deployments of large enterprise systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 30%-40% of the time in Europe.
• Strong customer orientation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Certification in Project Management Methodology (e.g. Prince2)
